I've helped hundreds of children learn to manage their anxiety without being left wondering: 'Is there something wrong with me?'  Lots of us are living busy lives and anxiety is a symptom of that and also a warning sign that something has to give. We don't want it to be the children!

It may come as no great surprise that our brains are NOT built to have 20 browsers open all at once. We're not meant to be hooked up to screens and charging about all over the place, but this is what  life has become. If it's tough for us, then imagine what it's like for our children who are learning every day. It's information overload.

Lisa Parkes is an Intuitive Healer & Mentor who helps Wildhearts honour their sensitive naturewithout the nagging self-doubt and anxiety. She began coaching children in 2010, and what started out as a creative passion project, and an unconscious desire to be the person she needed growing up, turned into a catalyst for her own healing. Lisa now works with women, helping them to get back in touch with their playfulness, creativity, and find inner peace as they break free from generational patterns of conditioning. She loves to journal with tarot cards and is the author of 'Stuck Between Two Worlds'.
